If you spend some time in the Twin Cities, there’s no doubt you’ll fall in love with the dining and drink scene. One restaurant gem that we love is @colitarestaurant, located in south Minneapolis.

A modernized Mexican eatery with excellent food and atmosphere, Colita is well known for their creative and beautiful cocktails. We are excited to be on their menu, with the 45th Parallel Vodka being the recommended spirit to add into the Curado De Peranja fermentation (pictured in the first two slides).
