🚨 SPECIAL RELEASE: Rusmar Reserve, Vol. 01 🚨
Today for our 16th Anniversary, we are releasing the first barrel of Rusmar Reserve. The Rusmar Reserve series will consist of occasional, limited releases of whiskeys that we feel are unique and exceptional.
Volume 01 is a straight bourbon whiskey that is filtered by mesquite charcoal, which is a common process in Tennessee whiskeys that helps remove some of the roughness of a new make spirit, prior to aging. The result of this filtering process, plus the seven years of aging, is a smokey mesquite character backed by the oak of the barrel. We bottled this magic at 105 proof to keep a balance of both smoke and smoothness.
This release is limited to only 168 bottles, and will be available to purchase exclusively from our New Richmond location. We highly recommend tasting it neat, but Volume 01 is excellent for creating unique cocktails as well.
