🌈 Richard Simmons Realness: Sparkles, smiles, and enough cardio joy to resurrect your spirit (and maybe your quads).
🥊 Tae Bo Throwback: Punch, kick, repeat—and pretend you’re in a VHS workout that definitely came with a motivational poster.
💃 Zumba Madness: Shake it, shimmy it, and question every life choice that led to you doing salsa at 9 AM.
🔥 Modern Mash-Up: HIIT blasts, barre burns, maybe a twerk—because fitness grew up and got a little spicy.
