FAQ

How many guests can the 45th Event Center accommodate?+

Maximum capacity of 200 seated, but the space is most comfortable with 100-150 guests. Please keep in mind that this includes yourself and your bridal party. We advise not "over-inviting" to account for those that may say 'no'.

What information should I include on my invitations for this location?+

45th Parallel Distillery Event Center

Please note that both lot and street parking are available.

Can we park overnight?+

We prefer that no vehicles be left overnight, but in the event that they are, all vehicles must be moved into the parking lot by 11pm and out the following morning by 9am.

Who is responsible for set-up and clean-up?+

Other than tables, chairs, trashes, etc., set-up and take down responsibilities will be the hosts with the exception of any 45th rented decor and linens, which will be handled by the staff.

Do you have the option of open catering?+

We do offer the option for open catering, but we also offer superb in house catering. Book a catering menu tasting with us to try it for yourself!

Do you require bar minimums?+

Our bar allows for full flexibility, so not only is there no bar minimum, but you have the options for hosted, partial hosted, and cash bar options. Don't forget to ask about a signature cocktail too!
