Event Type: Pairing Dinner! | This is a multi-course dinner that features elevated plates and beverages from our team, paired together to create a complimentary and delicious experience.

First Course: Summer Gazpacho
Drink: Sparkling Wine, Tinto De Verano
Second Course: Argentinian Red Shrimp, Soft Scrambled Egg, 'Nduja, Polenta
Drink: Clarified take on a Mexican Bloody Mary
Third Course: Roman "Cacciatore", Chicken, Spinach + Ricotta Cappelacci
Drink: Local White Wine
Fourth Course: Bourbon Braised + Smoked Beef Brisket, Sweet Corn Sauce
Drink: Bacon Fat-Washed, Wood-Smoked Old Fashioned
Dessert Course: Grilled Organic Peaches, Vanilla Gelato, Chestnut Honey
Drink: Barrel-Aged Gin Peaches + Cream Margarita
Tickets are $125 + tax. For ease of ordering extra drinks, attendees will pay a $50 deposit to save the spot with the remainder paid at the end of the event.

- Can’t make it to the event? If you cannot attend an event you have registered for, a refund may be issued if given a 24+ hour notice.

- The 45th Parallel Rickhouse is located behind the restaurant, located at 1490 Madison Avenue. You can check in with the restaurant host and they will guide you to the correct place. Ample parking is available in the primary parking lot!
