Step into the magic of cheesemaking!

 

CLASS TYPE: Hands On! | These are our most involved and participatory classes, where you get the opportunity to learn a hands-on skill. No prior experience required!

 

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN THIS CLASS:

  • Overview of the mozzarella process (traditional and 45th)
  • Live demonstration by Chef Scott Davis
  • Make your own fresh mozzarella to take home
  • Mozzarella tasting with herbed wood-fired bread
  • Mozzarella pairing ideas

 

In this hands-on workshop, you'll dip your hands in warm water to stretch, shape, and savor your way to a fresh batch of mozzarella—perfect for caprese, pizza, or snacking. No experience needed.

 

Tickets are $85 per person + tax.
