We are looking for professional, high-energy bartenders/servers with excellent communication skills to serve both classic and exciting new cocktails from our menu to our guests. This person will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. You will also upsell items, help create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.

To succeed as a bartender/server, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired, but not required.

Requirements:

• 21 years or older in age strongly preferred
• Available to work evenings and weekends (including spring and summer holidays like Memorial Day weekend, Independence Day week, and Labor Day weekend)
• Open to being cross trained in bartending, serving, and events
• Positive attitude, willingness to initiate and engage in customer conversations
• Being able to learn and retain more in-depth knowledge about our spirits and cocktails

Responsibilities:

• Verify the customer's ages
• Mix Traditional and creative cocktails
• Process payment
• Clean glasses and bar utensils
• Make suggestions based on a customer tastes and preferences
• Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive 
• Ability to enforce company policies when regarding consumption of alcohol
